Midtown Smiles, a well-established one-doctor dental practice, is seeking a full-time dental hygienist who thrives in a warm, family-like atmosphere. In our adult-focused practice, you will be responsible for providing top-notch dental hygiene services while also building lasting relationships with our patients. Your day will primarily consist of seeing one patient at a time, dedicating sixty minutes for prophy appointments and two hours for new patient assessments and/or scaling and root planing (SRP). Your clinical skills will shine as you utilize advanced dental technologies, including Eaglesoft, Sirona, intraoral cameras, iTero, NOMAD Pro, Schick, Invisalign, and veneers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for enhancing patient health and boosting their confidence. You should be warm, engaging, and adept at building trust with patients quickly. We value excellent communicators who can effectively educate patients with compassion and confidence. As part of our team-oriented practice, we are looking for someone dependable, positive, and driven by a growth mindset who is eager to expand their skills.

Though preferable, a year or more of experience is not required for the right candidate, as we value attitude and a desire for continuous learning just as much as experience. Our practice does not take scheduled lunch breaks, functioning efficiently from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, which allows for an uninterrupted flow of patient care, and the ability to get home early and enjoy the rest of your day.
