We are a fast-growing, patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care and maximizing patient experience. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven scheduler who can convert calls into booked appointments and help reach daily production goals.
Your Role (What You’ll Actually Do):
- Answer inbound calls and convert them into scheduled appointments (goal: 70%+ booking rate)
- Schedule patients efficiently to maximize provider (Doctor and Hygienist) production
- Prioritize high-value procedures (SRP, crowns, implants)
- Reduce no-shows through confirmations and rescheduling
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment and missed calls
- Maintain a full hygiene and treatment schedule (85–95% utilization target)
Success Metrics (How You’ll Be Measured):
- Call answer rate: 95%+
- Booking rate: 70%+ (new patients)
- Schedule utilization: 85–95%
- No-show rate: under 8%
- Daily production scheduled
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, friendly phone presence (this is critical)
- Sales mindset (you help patients commit—not just “take messages”)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Experience with dental software ( Eaglesoft experience preferred)
- Ability to follow scripts and improve them
Compensation
- Base pay: $18-24/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Performance bonus: $500–$1,500+/month based on:
- Production scheduled
- Booking rate
- Schedule fill rate
