A brand new dental office in Palatine is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team.
We designed our practice to support hygienists and allow you to provide high-quality care without feeling rushed. Our modern office is equipped with new Cavitrons with Prophy Jet, A-dec 511 dental chairs, digital imaging, and Open Dental software to ensure an efficient workflow and comfortable patient experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values patient relationships, modern technology, and a supportive work environment.
🕒 Hygienist-Friendly Schedule
We respect your time and schedule patients appropriately:
• Prophy: 60 minutes
• Prophy + Comp FMX: 90 minutes
• SRP (2 quadrants): 90 minutes
• Lunch: 1 full hour
No rushed hygiene schedules — we believe in quality care over volume.

🦷 Responsibilities
• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Conduct oral health screenings and review medical histories
• Take dental radiographs
• Educate patients on preventive oral care
• Identify periodontal disease, caries, and other oral conditions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures
• Provide excellent patient care and communication
✔ Qualifications
• Valid Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control protocols
• Experience with digital radiography
⭐ Ukrainian or Polish speaking is a plus
