We’re looking for the right hygienist to join our established, experienced team in a modern private dental practice.

This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who wants to practice at a high clinical level without feeling micromanaged or pushed by corporate production quotas. We believe excellent hygienists should have the freedom to care for their patients, use their judgment, and build long-term relationships.

The schedule is hard to beat:

Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
No Fridays. No weekends.

Approximately 29 hours per week, with flexibility when life happens.

Compensation

$58–$62/hour, depending on experience
Most experienced candidates should expect to start around $60/hour.

We are a privately owned, technology-focused practice providing a broad range of dentistry. Our team works with digital scanning, same-day dentistry, implants, surgical procedures, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive patient care.

Hygiene is an important part of our practice—not an afterthought.

You’ll have the freedom to evaluate your patients, discuss periodontal health, educate and build trust, and work closely with the doctor when treatment needs are identified.

We already have an excellent hygienist and an experienced team. We’re not trying to fill a chair with just anyone. We’re looking for another great person who wants to become a long-term part of the practice.
