Treatment Coordinator

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic dental environment? We are a thriving dental practice in Alamo Heights/Lincoln Heights, dedicated to serving our patients for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a full-time Front Office Coordinator to become a key member of our expanding team.

In this role, you will utilize your great communication skills to engage with patients and discuss treatment plans assisting patients in transforming their smile for a lifetime. Experience with 3rd party financing options like Care Credit, Sunbit, and Cherry is essential. We’re looking for a team player who is committed to fostering a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for our patients across General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or medical front office setting. Your exceptional customer service skills will be vital as you help create a positive experience for each patient who walks through our doors.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour with incentives, along with benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, and a Simple Retirement plan with 3% matching. Come grow with us at New Heights Dental!
