Front Office Coordinator
LOCATION
San Diego, CAJoin our progressive dental team in Pacific Beach as a Front Office Specialist! We’re seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our patient experience in a dynamic two doctor practice specializing in digital general dentistry.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing treatment plan presentations, insurance verification, and processing claims for our in- and out-of-network PPO patients. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every patient feels valued and well-informed about their dental needs. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in managing insurance claims and processing.
We thrive on a collaborative team approach in our small but efficient office, where flexibility and support among colleagues are paramount. Candidates must be punctual, internally motivated, and eager to learn. Our practice utilizes advanced technologies, including CEREC same-day restorations and the Solea laser for anesthetic-free treatment, allowing you to engage with cutting-edge dental solutions.
