Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (Tues or Wed & Fri 8am - 5pm). The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patients' oral health and possess a comprehensive understanding of periodontal care practices. This opportunity could lead to a 3-4 day/week position with a full benefit package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis while ensuring utmost patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Perform scaling and root planing procedures with precision and care.
- Apply innovative techniques such as air polishing and antimicrobial placement to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts, documenting care provided and treatment recommendations.
- Administer local anesthesia as needed, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and individualized care plans to promote lasting health.
- Collaborate effectively with our team of dental professionals to provide the best patient experiences.

Qualifications:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Valid state dental hygiene license.
- Certification in CPR and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Proficient in utilizing dental equipment including DEXIS digital imaging systems.
- Strong skills in dental charting and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with Cavitron and calculus removal techniques preferred.
