LOCATION
Grand Rapids, MIBakeman & Kuckhoff Dentistry is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our boutique cosmetic and restorative dentistry practice in Grand Rapids.
Our practice is built around high-quality dentistry, personalized patient care, and uncompromising attention to detail. We are looking for an assistant who takes pride in their work, anticipates the needs of the doctor and patient, and enjoys being part of a skilled, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with comprehensive cosmetic and restorative procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment
- Take high-quality digital radiographs, photographs, and intraoral scans
- Assist with provisional restorations and other expanded functions permitted under Michigan licensure
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Follow established sterilization and infection-control protocols
- Help create a comfortable, organized, and elevated experience for every patient
- Coordinate with doctors, team members, and dental laboratories to support efficient patient care
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Michigan Registered Dental Assistant License
- Dental assisting experience, preferably in a restorative or cosmetic practice
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Professional, warm, and confident communication
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to remain organized and anticipate what is needed
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Dentrix, digital scanning, and dental photography is helpful but not required
