Belmar, NJJoin a highly reputable, multi-specialty dental practice that provides quality care in a professional, team-oriented environment. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual with a high school education who is ready to support a wide range of clinical services, including general dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and multi-doctor care. Previous experience is helpful, but training can be provided if needed.
The ideal candidate will have RDA skills and a strong desire to contribute to patient comfort and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities may include assisting chairside during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the clinical team with efficiency and attention to detail. Because this practice serves diverse patient needs, strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
This full-time role includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers a supportive workplace with valuable benefits such as insurance, PTO, and sick time. To help maintain a safe clinical setting, PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
