Assistant Office Manager
LOCATION
Cedar Park, TXWe are a family-oriented general dental practice looking to add a new team member to our front office. Our single-doctor office provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from routine visits to more advanced treatment, all in a warm and welcoming environment. We are a close-knit team that values personalized care, comfort, and strong patient relationships. Many of our patients have trusted us for years and travel long distances to continue receiving care from our office.
This is a full-time position for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work well with others in a busy office setting. A positive attitude, high energy, and a no-drama approach are essential.
One year of experience is preferred but not required. High school education is sufficient. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Open Dental, DEXIS, and digital X-rays is helpful. Salary is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off. Lunch break is 1 hour. Parking is available in any open spot in the parking lot.
