Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
Job description:
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant who wants more than “just assisting.”
Someone who:
Takes pride in patient care, communication, and trust-building.
Is comfortable with modern dentistry: intraoral scanners, digital X-rays, CBCT, and chairside technology (or excited to learn).
Sees teamwork and multi-specialty collaboration as a strength.
Communicates clearly, calmly, and confidently with patients.
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
Wants to grow into leadership, expanded functions, or clinical coordination roles.
✨ International dentists and internationally trained dental professionals are welcome to apply (with appropriate eligibility to work in the U.S.).
Key Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a wide range of procedures with confidence and precision.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a smooth, efficient clinical flow.
Support patient education by helping explain procedures, technology, and next steps.
Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and assist with CBCT imaging.
Maintain strict infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate closely with hygiene, specialty, and front-desk teams.
Help create a calm, welcoming, high-trust patient experience.
Contribute ideas to improve systems, workflows, and patient care.
Requirements
Dental Assistant or dental experience 1-2 years minimum
DA certification or eligibility to work as a Dental Assistant in Massachusetts.
Comfort with (or strong interest in learning) digital dentistry and modern workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish language skills are a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
Desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation & Growth
$23–35/hour depending on experience, skills, and performance.
Performance-based raises and growth opportunities.
Paid training and professional development.
Mentorship from experienced doctors and leadership.
Clear pathway to expanded responsibilities and leadership roles.
We believe great assistants are not “support staff” — they are clinical leaders who elevate the entire practice.
