Dental Office Manager

In this role, you will balance administrative excellence and practice growth. You will manage daily front-office operations, optimize our patient schedule, and handle insurance and treatment planning to ensure an exceptional experience for our patients

Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the dental office, including appointments, scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
• Manage and coordinate insurance verification, billing and claims, and appeals.
• Organize and present payment schedules with patients.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage and optimize the schedules of the doctors and hygienists ensuring productivity
• Demonstrate flexibility during challenging situations, and maintain a positive attitude
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork
• Stay up-to-date with dental software, technology, and practice management system
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Implement and manage office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Handle human resources functions including employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
