Next Level Dental is seeking a dedicated Front Office team member to enhance our patient experience. Our practice, having recently expanded, focuses on providing exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. If you thrive in a friendly atmosphere and are committed to patient education and comfort, we’d love for you to join our team!
As a Front Office team member, you will be instrumental in appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and facilitating effective communication between our patients and dental professionals. Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with scheduling software like Dentrix Ascend are essential. Your role will also involve patient charting, chairside assistance, and educating patients about their dental care.
Ideal candidates are great communicators with strong computer skills. We value a team-oriented approach, so a caring attitude and a positive personality are crucial. Our office operates in a multi-specialty setting, including General, Pedodontics, and more, providing diverse experiences for team members.
