Full-Time RDA/Front Desk – Kind learning environment.

You must be willing to work in the front desk. Must be very proficient with Open Dental.

What's the Job?

We’re looking for a full-time RDA [Mon-Thu 7am-3pm] who will gel with our culture. You could be light on experience but should be easily coachable, energetic, organized, dependable, and have a solid work ethic. The pay range is $18-$24/hour, depending on experience, and benefits are offered after tenure.

• You have a minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience and current registration
• You possess exceptional human relation skills and maintain an outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and team members at all times

• You are trustworthy and can follow-through on processes without oversight
• You are methodical and able to work with interruptions & manage multiple tasks

What Will You Do?
--------------------------

• Ensure patient comfort and care from arrival to exit
• Perform clinical procedures and all expanded duties as Texas state laws allow
• Maintain all lab supplies and equipment in stock and in orderly, clean condition
• Educate patients at every opportunity and encourage patients to begin treatment
• Provide comprehensive post op instructions
• Maintain a clean and uncluttered environment in the work area
• Assist front desk with patient scheduling and phone communication
