We are a well-established, family-owned private dental practice in the vibrant Southpark/Montford Park area of Charlotte, and we are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic dental hygienist to join our team. With nearly 75 years of experience in providing quality care, our practice supports the community with a strong commitment to patient relationships and preventative care.
As a dental hygienist at our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. You will be responsible for conducting thorough oral assessments, performing cleanings, taking radiographs, and providing education and guidance to our patients on maintaining their oral health. You will work one-on-one with patients, spending approximately one hour with each, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and truly understand each patient's needs.
We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented, and outgoing individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your passion for educating patients about their dental health will be key in helping us achieve our goal of providing outstanding preventative care. We pride ourselves on our warm and caring atmosphere, and we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
To ensure your comfort and safety, our office is equipped with the latest personal protective equipment, including face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and hair covers. We understand the importance of work-life balance and provide a one-hour lunch break during your shift, allowing you the time to recharge.
