Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🪥 What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry including crowns, bridges, and extractions
- Perform (or learn) implant placements with mentorship and case support
- Deliver patient-centered care with efficiency, empathy, and clinical excellence
- No orthodontics required
đź’µ Compensation & Benefits
- 35% of collections
- $750/day guarantee for the first 90 days (extendable up to 6 months)
- $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus (paid quarterly over one year)
- W-2 employment with full benefits
- CE reimbursement and health insurance with employer contribution
- Paid vacation:
- 1 week after 1 year
- 2 weeks after 3 years
- 3 weeks after 4 years (plus optional unpaid time for flexibility)
- 401(k) with 3% match
- Scrub allowance: $200/year (any brand, dark grey)
- In-house dental coverage for you and your immediate family (lab fees covered)

- Visa sponsorship available
🧠What They’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Pennsylvania dental license
- Local anesthesia & nitrous certification
- 1–2 years’ experience preferred — new grads encouraged to apply!
