General Dentist – Greater York Family Dentistry

Greater York Family Dentistry is a well-established, family-oriented practice with a legacy of over 40 years serving our community. Led by Dr. Agapis, who has been practicing for 19 years and continuing his father’s legacy, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate dental care. We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our long-standing and supportive team.
Practice Highlights
Loyal and experienced staff: 5 front desk members with 15+ years, multiple hygienists with 10+ years, and long-term assistants

Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Closed Saturday & Sunday
Position Details
General dentistry: bread-and-butter dentistry, crown & bridge, extractions
Opportunity to place implants (currently referring many cases out)
No orthodontics
Open to new grads (mentorship available) or experienced providers
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: 35% of collections
$750/day guaranteed for the first 90 days (option to extend up to 6 months)
Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Bonus available ($5,000 paid quarterly over 1 year)
W-2 employee status
CE reimbursement
Health insurance (employer contribution)
Paid vacation:
1 week after 1 year
2 weeks after 3 years
3 weeks after 4 years (with flexibility to take more unpaid if desired)
401(k) with 3% employer match
Scrub allowance: $200 annually (any brand, dark grey)
Free on-site parking
In-house dental coverage for employee and immediate family (lab fees covered)
Visa sponsorship available
Candidate Requirements
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
PA dental license (or eligibility)
Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification
1–2 years’ experience preferred, but new graduates welcome

Greater York Family Dentistry is a well-established private general dentistry practice located in York, PA, just over an hour north of Baltimore, 1.5 hours north of Washington D.C., and two hours west of Philadelphia. Our team is made up of experienced, long-standing staff—many with over a decade at the practice—creating a stable, supportive, and highly collaborative work environment.
We are a mix of a FFS/PPO office. We provide dentistry for all ages. Our practice has been in business since 1984.
As our office continues to grow and a valued associate relocates, we’re excited to welcome a new full-time General Dentist who shares our passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
