We are a busy, multi-doctor dental specialty practice looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our Flower Mound team!
We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on treatment planning and presentation experience who is confident discussing recommended treatment, answering patient questions, reviewing financial responsibility, and helping patients move forward with care.
**Endodontic experience is strongly preferred!**
What We're Looking For:
* Previous dental treatment coordination & treatment planning experience required
* Endodontic experience preferred
* Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
* Excellent communication and patient-service skills
* Strong organization and follow-through
* Comfortable discussing insurance and financial arrangements
* Able to work independently and as part of a busy team
* CareStack experience is a plus, but not required
We are looking for someone who can step into the role with confidence and minimal training.

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
