We are seeking a talented and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental practice, where patient care meets a welcoming, neighborhood atmosphere. As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive dental care to our diverse patient base. You will have the opportunity to work in a single-doctor environment, where individualized attention and personalized treatment plans are the norm. Our practice serves a broad spectrum of patients under PPO and private insurance plans, delivering a full range of services aimed at enhancing dental health and creating beautiful smiles.
In this part-time position, your schedule will allow you to maintain work-life balance while positively impacting the lives of your patients. You will conduct thorough assessments, cleanings, and preventative care while developing rapport with patients in our cozy, inviting spaces. Each appointment is designed to ensure patients feel valued and understood, enabling them to take an active role in their oral health journey.
You will have a structured schedule, spending dedicated time with each patient—one hour for patients with exams, 30 minutes for periomaintenance patients with no exams, and 90 minutes for new patients.
To succeed in this role, you will bring at least two years of experience in dental hygiene, along with a strong work ethic and a patient-focused attitude. Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $55 - $60, along with medical insurance, 5 sick days, and 2 days of paid time off.
