Hygiene/Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION

Shadow Rock Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Hygiene/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, staying organized, and helping create a positive dental experience, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
Monday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: 30–60 minute lunch break each workday
Responsibilities:
Coordinate hygiene and treatment schedules
Assist patients with treatment planning and scheduling
Verify appointments and maintain an efficient schedule
Communicate with patients regarding recommended treatment
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our dental team
Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
