The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday from 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch break. In this role, you will be a key provider of quality care and a trusted partner in our patients' oral health journeys. Unlike corporate dental offices, we focus on real dentistry and building real relationships. There are no quotas, no pressure, and no upselling—just a supportive environment where you can do your best work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a gentle and thorough touch, 6-8 patients per day.
Take high-quality dental radiographs.
Provide personalized patient education on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
Work collaboratively with Dr. Bond and the rest of the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment, upholding the highest standards of care.
Qualifications & Who You Are

The ideal candidate for our Dental Hygienist position:

Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, taking great pride in doing things right—and with heart.
Must hold a current Colorado Dental Hygiene license in good standing.
Certification in local anesthesia, laser, and CPR is preferred.
Believes in treating patients like people, not numbers.
Is looking for a long-term professional home where their expertise is respected and they have the full support of their team.
