Our beloved RDA is moving away, and while we’ll miss her dearly, we’re excited to welcome someone new to our family! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, warm, and curious dental assistant who loves to learn and wants to grow with a team that genuinely cares about each other and our patients.

Liberty Dental Group is a fee-for-service practice, which means we’re never in a rush. We schedule so that we have real time with our patients to listen, educate, and build relationships. What you’ll do

You’ll assist chairside with a variety of procedures, take radiographs and intraoral photos, prepare and sterilize operatories and instruments, and educate patients so they feel confident and cared for. Most importantly, you’ll be a friendly, reassuring presence that helps patients feel at ease.

Who we’re looking for

You might be a current RDA, or a DA who’s ready to take the next step toward becoming an RDA. Either way, we’d love to hear from you if you:

Are eager to learn new skills and grow in your career
Love connecting with patients and putting them at ease
Communicate openly and enjoy being part of a supportive team
Bring a positive attitude and take pride in your work
Are a current DA or RDA (radiology certification and CPR preferred)
