We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving general and PPO dental practice, providing exceptional care to our valued patients. Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our patients’ overall health by performing thorough examinations and preventive care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
- Educating patients about oral hygiene techniques and overall dental care.
- Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Documenting patient treatment plans, oral health histories, and progress notes effectively.
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist, demonstrating expertise and a strong work ethic.
- A valid state license to practice dental hygiene.
- Exceptional people skills to connect with patients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- A thorough understanding of dental procedures and protocols, particularly within a general and PPO practice.
- Proficiency in utilizing dental software and maintaining accurate records.

Work Environment:

Our office promotes a positive, supportive work culture that respects the importance of work-life balance. You will typically work part-time hours, seeing one patient at a time and spending 50-60 minutes with each patient to provide individualized care. Your one-hour lunch break gives you the opportunity to recharge during your shift.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $53 to $56, commensurate with experience.
