Periodontal chair side assistant/ practice manager

We are a small, privately owned periodontal practice where patient care is personal, relationships matter, and every team member plays an important role. Our practice focuses on comprehensive periodontal and implant therapy, including periodontal surgery, dental implants, bone and soft tissue grafting, and regenerative procedures. We use advanced technology such as CBCT imaging, digital impressions, lasers, and PRF to support high-quality care.

We are seeking dental assistant with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to contribute in a close-knit, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong chairside assisting skills, excellent organizational habits, and great attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Cross-training is required, as team members support multiple areas of the office as needed.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with patients and helping keep the practice running smoothly. Responsibilities may include assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, supporting sterilization and instrument setup, and helping maintain efficient daily operations.

We offer free parking and a professional, team-oriented setting. Compensation is an hourly rate and may be negotiated based on performance. Benefits are not currently offered, but may be considered in the future. No specific dedicated lunch break is provided.
