Join Our Energetic Dental Team as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our family-owned dental practice, located in the vibrant San Marcos, TX area. Our practice serves a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding work environment. In our fast-paced clinic that includes general, pedodontics, and multi-specialty services, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional patient experiences. You will be responsible for providing high-quality preventative care, including 60-minute recalls, 60-90 minute SRP, and 60-minute Perio Maintenance sessions. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, allowing hygienists to focus on one patient at a time, delivering personalized care with a supportive team by your side.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in dental hygiene, with a preference for those possessing Laser and Nitrous Certification. We understand that certifications can be an investment, and we are willing to assist the right fit in achieving these qualifications. Our office environment thrives on adaptability and teamwork, making it essential that you are a team player who can easily accommodate varying provider requests.

We offer competitive base pay with additional opportunity for high earnings through performance. With extra compensation (based on production) our current hygienists in our office earn between $55-$65 per hour. This comes with a competitive base salary. We are proud to support personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, goggles, N95 masks, and gloves, ensuring your safety and comfort.

Your schedule will be structured to provide you with a balanced work-life experience, with a one-hour lunch break on Monday-Wedensdays. Thursdays we work straight through with patients from 9-3pm. Our private parking lot makes your commute straightforward and hassle-free. Don't be afraid of the drive. It is quick especially when going against traffic from Austin!
