Pediatric Dental Receptionist

Join our dynamic team at a state-of-the-art dental office specializing in Pedodontics! We are seeking a dedicated Front Office professional to provide outstanding support to our young patients and their families. Our clean and friendly environment fosters a community-oriented atmosphere, encouraging long-lasting relationships with patients and staff alike.

In this full-time position, you will play a key role in managing patient interactions and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should be bilingual and possess excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include patient charting, patient education, and facilitating patient recall appointments, in addition to assisting with chair side procedures such as extractions and providing oral hygiene instruction. A strong understanding of instrument sterilization and four-handed dentistry will be beneficial.

We prioritize the health and safety of our staff and patients, providing essential personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
