We are seeking a Full-Time Lead Clinical Dental Assistant to join our growing practice in Chicago. This is not a transitional or part-time role. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and committed professional who takes initiative and wants to grow long-term within a well-established dental office.

Responsibilities:
• Chairside assisting with anticipation of doctor needs
• Room turnover and clinical efficiency management
• Sterilization oversight and supply inventory management
• Digital charting and treatment documentation
• Insurance verification and claims follow-up as needed
• Scheduling support and administrative assistance
• Maintaining a high standard of patient care and professionalism

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years chairside experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental software and digital workflows
• Excellent attendance and reliability record
• Ability to take initiative and improve systems
• Professional communication skills
