As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality restorative and comprehensive care. Responsibilities include:
• Placing and contouring restorations (as permitted by Tennessee law)
• Assisting with crown and bridge procedures
• Taking digital impressions and scans
• Fabricating and placing temporary restorations
• Coronal polishing and sealants (as permitted)
• Maintaining efficient operatory flow
• Supporting doctors in advanced procedures
• Ensuring exceptional patient comfort and experience
You will be an integral part of maximizing clinical efficiency and elevating patient care.
We are seeking someone who is:
• EFDA certified and in good standing in the state of Tennessee
• Clinically confident and detail-oriented
• A strong team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Organized and able to multitask efficiently
• Patient-focused and committed to excellence
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Motivated to grow and continuously improve
Qualifications
• Current Tennessee RDA license
• Expanded Functions certification in Tennessee
• Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong restorative assisting skills
• Experience with digital dentistry preferred
Job Type: Full-Time
