We are a welcoming and dedicated dental office seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. Our private practice is committed to treating patients like family, and we are looking for an individual who shares our values of compassion, trust, and high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in dental assisting and demonstrate flexibility in both clinical and front-office roles. Your responsibilities will include assisting our skilled dentist during procedures, managing patient appointments, and ensuring a positive patient experience from the moment they walk in until they leave. We believe in building lasting relationships with our patients, and we need someone who can reflect our commitment to personalized care.
In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $24 to $28 based on experience, in addition to benefits such as Paid Time Off and Sick Leave. You'll enjoy a supportive work environment where you can grow professionally while contributing to the goal of helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
