A single column. Real time with your patients: 60 minutes for established recare and 90 minutes for SRPs. A calm, steady schedule. No double-booking, no bouncing between two rooms, no being rushed through a recall. Just you and one patient at a time, with enough time to do the thorough, careful work you were trained to do.

We are a privately owned, doctor-led practice, not a corporate group, so there are no production quotas pushing you to cut corners. The pace is steady but humane, and you are treated like the clinician you are.

Here is the most honest thing we can tell you about the job: we have not needed to hire a hygienist in years. People come here and they stay. We are only posting now because we are genuinely growing. We are looking for one or two hygienists to cover these days, so you are welcome to take a single day or both, whatever fits your life.

What You'll Do

-Provide thorough preventive care: prophylaxis, oral cancer screenings, radiographs, and periodontal charting, in compliance with the Arizona Dental Practice Act.
-Build real relationships with patients by getting to know them and taking genuine interest in their care.
-Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative care.
-Document accurately, including vital signs, medical and dental histories, and chart notes.
-Maintain a clean, safe operatory and follow all infection-control protocols.
-Support the doctor with dental and medical emergencies, keeping CPR certification current.

What You Bring

-Active Arizona Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
-Arizona Local Anesthesia certification.
-Current CPR certification.

What We Offer

Here is what comes with the role. A few benefits depend on whether you take one day or both:
-Competitive pay: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour.
-A single-column schedule with 60-minute recare and 90-minute SRP appointments.
-Paid time off: take both days and you qualify as a regular part-time employee with 60 hours of PTO a year, front-loaded each quarter. Take one day and you accrue PTO as you work.

Schedule

We are looking for one or two hygienists to cover two set days each week. Apply for a single day or both, whatever works for you:
-Monday: 6:40 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch.
-Friday: 6:40 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch.
No nights, no weekends. If you take both days and want even more, the role can grow into full-time for the right person.
