Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dependable dental assistant to join our modern, privately owned general dental practice. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a single-doctor, team-focused environment where patient care, efficiency, and mutual support are top priorities. This opening is available due to the nearing retirement of our current dental assistant.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and be comfortable with computers, digital systems, and modern dental technology. Experience with Eaglesoft, Vixwin, Pearl AI SecondOpinion, digital X-rays, digital scanning & impressions, charting and treatment planning, sterilization, chairside assistance, and front office support when patient and clinical duties allow. Cross-training is partially required, and someone with a strong relationship-focused approach will thrive in our practice. We value a great doctor-assistant team relationship, along with strong communication, punctuality, dependability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities may include chairside assisting, patient education, infection control, instrument sterilization, radiology, impressions, treatment support, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Lunch includes a 1-hour unpaid break. PPE is provided, and employee parking is available. Total annual compensation is expected to range from $44,000–$48,000+, including hourly base pay, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
