The Dental Specialists is a single-location, owner-run practice in Newton led by Dr. Noah Orenstein, a board-certified prosthodontist. His goal is simple: build a close, well-supported team that takes pride in delivering high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.

That means giving you the time and tools to do your best work. Most adult cleanings are scheduled for a full 60 minutes, there are no corporate production targets, and Dr. Orenstein is chairside with the team every clinical day. And on Fridays, we finish at 2 PM.

We're not a DSO or part of a chain. Most of our patients are adults, many have been with us for years, and our 400+ five-star Google reviews reflect the culture our team has built together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Cleanings, scaling and root planing, perio maintenance
- Radiographs and periodontal charting
- Local anesthesia as needed
- Patient education and home-care coaching
- Clear, accurate clinical notes
- Work closely with the doctor and team
- Maintain equipment and follow infection control protocols, including aseptic technique
- Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
- Get to know your patients over the long term

REQUIRED
- Active Massachusetts RDH license
- Massachusetts local anesthesia permit
- Current CPR/BLS
- Strong communication and patient-care skills

PREFERRED
- 1+ year of clinical hygiene experience in a dental office or clinic
- Experience with patient assessment and dental radiographs
- Restorative or implant practice background

- Tue–Thu: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Fri: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM (no lunch)
- About 32–34 hours/week
- Roughly 30 hours of patient care
