Are you a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our well-established, independently owned dental practice, known for providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and friendly environment.
At our family-oriented practice, we pride ourselves on maintaining clean and well-equipped operatories, complemented by advanced digital systems that streamline our workflows. Our experienced staff is committed to delivering excellent dental care, and we value clear communication and organized processes that allow you to focus on what you do best—caring for patients.
As a dental hygienist in our practice, you can expect to work in a setting that fosters professional growth and collaborative teamwork. Our team thrives under a culture that prioritizes respect and minimizes drama. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending 1 to 1.5 hours with each individual, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while ensuring comprehensive care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing thorough dental cleanings and assessments
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Taking and analyzing digital radiographs
- Collaborating with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
