We are a well-established dental practice specializing in pediatric dentistry, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children and teens for over 20 years. Our dynamic team prides itself on a compassionate atmosphere where we cater to patients aged 0-19, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including cleanings, restorative work, orthodontics, general anesthesia, and oral surgery. As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a part-time Dental Hygienist to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dental experience for our young patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing thorough dental cleanings and assessments.
- Educating patients and their parents on proper oral hygiene practices.
- Assisting with the preparation of treatment rooms and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Collaborating with our team of dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conducting periodontal assessments and noting any changes in patients' dental health.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with a valid state license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and ensure a positive experience for both children and parents.
- A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to dental hygiene and patient care.

Work Environment:
Our office prioritizes safety and comfort, providing all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, nitrile gloves, masks, and scrub jackets. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, offering a one-hour lunch break during your shift. In this role, you'll often see one patient at a time, allowing you to deliver focused and personalized care.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $45.00 to $60.00, depending on experience (DOE). We also offer paid time off (PTO) and flexible hours/days to accommodate your personal needs.
