Hourly rate plus bonus: up to 34/hr. DOE

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our well-established general dentistry practice in Woodland Park, CO. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting our team, optimizing practice performance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong business mindset and a passion for developing people, enhancing operational efficiency, and building lasting patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive high performance, strong morale, and professional growth.
Monitor and optimize schedule utilization, case acceptance, and other key performance indicators.
Manage front office workflows including patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and collections.
Maintain full compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all regulatory standards.
Coordinate staff training, onboarding, and continuing education.
Support recruitment, performance reviews, and staffing decisions as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients to support practice growth.
Collaborate closely with the doctor(s) to align operational goals with clinical excellence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Qualifications
3+ years of progressive dental office leadership experience required, preferably in a general dentistry setting.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and unify a team.
Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience improving schedule utilization, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Advanced business acumen, including understanding of practice metrics, budgeting, and revenue cycle management.
Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA compliance requirements.
Proficiency with dental practice management software and general office systems.
Highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
