Lead Dental Assistant

Are you an experienced general dentist looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and patient-focused environment? We invite you to explore an exciting opportunity to join our office, where your skills and expertise will be valued and nurtured as part of our dedicated team.
In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base. As a general dentist, you will handle a variety of procedures. We have 2 locations. Right now Dr. Keeling is covering them both, but we have an associate doctor joining our practice in July and each doctor and their team, will rotate to both offices.
We believe in work-life balance and provide our team with a comfortable one-hour lunch break to recharge and refocus throughout the day. Our office hours are M-Thursday 8-5.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive hourly rate of at least $24, but will be decided and reflective of your experience and dedication to quality care. We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who can connect with patients and provide them with personalized, gentle care.
