Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a thriving General Dentistry office. As a vital member of our practice, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting optimal oral health.

In this part-time position, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals, including a primary doctor and specialists in a multi-specialty environment. Our office caters to a broad patient demographic under PPO and private insurance plans, ensuring a fulfilling experience for both you and our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and exams, ensuring a thorough understanding of each patient's unique dental history and needs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and individualized care plans tailored to enhance their dental health.
- Utilize your clinical skills to tackle a variety of tasks while maintaining the highest standards of care in our state-of-the-art facilities.
- Manage the simultaneous care of two patients in separate rooms, optimizing efficiency while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all.

Requirements:

- A valid Texas dental hygiene license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a general or multi-specialty office.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining health and safety protocols.

Work Environment:

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our staff and patients. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, and regular masks, is provided to ensure a safe working environment.

With a generous 1-hour lunch break and a focus on maintaining a balanced workload, you will spend approximately 60 minutes with each patient, allowing you to deliver quality care without the stress of intensive scheduling.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $40 to $60, commensurate with experience and expertise.
