What You’ll Do:

Prepare and Sterilize Equipment: Ensure instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use in all procedures.
Assist the Dentist: Provide chairside assistance during exams and treatments, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Manage Patient Records: Use EagleSoft to maintain accurate patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
X-Ray Tech: Take and process digital X-rays, ensuring high-quality images while following all safety protocols.
Patient Education: Help educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene and post-treatment care, building trust and rapport.
Team Support: Provide assistance to your colleagues with any administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Dental Assistant Experience: You’re a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in the dental field.
EagleSoft Expertise: You’re familiar with EagleSoft and know how to use it to keep everything from scheduling to patient records running seamlessly.
Knowledge of Dental Procedures: You understand dental terminology, common procedures, and patient care practices.
Excellent Communication Skills: You’re friendly, approachable, and can communicate effectively with both patients and the team.
Certifications: CPR certification and any required state certifications. If you have additional certifications (EFDA, CDA, etc.), even better!
Bonus: If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish), we’d love to hear from you!
