Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Part Time

Vernon Hills, ILWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our professional dental team in a modern, patient-focused environment. This is a full-time opportunity within a practice that serves general, PPO, and private patients. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality preventive care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in dental hygiene, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Responsibilities include performing hygiene procedures, reviewing patient medical and dental histories, scaling and polishing teeth, taking appropriate radiographs as needed, applying preventive treatments, and educating patients on oral hygiene and home care. You will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on providing thorough, individualized care. Appointment times are typically 1 hour for recall patients and 1.5 hours for new patients.
We are looking for someone who is organized and professional. A college-level education and current dental hygiene training are expected, along with strong teamwork skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Your safety is important to us, and we provide the necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, and goggles. We also support work-life balance with a 1-hour lunch break during the day.
