About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to provide comprehensive dental care on a part-time basis. This position is perfect for an individual who values clinical excellence and is adept at building patient rapport. With our focus on quality dentistry—not volume—we ensure that our Dental Hygienists have the time and support necessary to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care.

In this role, you will have the privilege of seeing one patient at a time, typically spending one hour per patient, which allows you to provide thorough dental cleanings, preventive procedures, and personalized education on oral hygiene. You will collaborate closely with our skilled dentist and clinical team to ensure outstanding patient experiences.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive procedures.
- Take dental radiographs as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Adhere to OSHA, infection control, and Colorado dental regulations.
- Foster a positive relationship with patients to encourage regular visits and promote dental health.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
- Current Colorado dental hygiene license.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
