Ferrari Orthodontics is seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our team in a front desk and treatment coordination role.

This is a permanent position (3 days/week) with opportunity for growth as the practice expands.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing role and enjoys managing both communication and scheduling with precision.

You will play a key role in guiding patients from their first interaction with the office through treatment start.

Responsibilities

Front Desk / Patient Communication

* Answer phones and manage patient inquiries
* Schedule new patient consults and existing appointments
* Respond to texts and online inquiries
* Ensure a professional, welcoming patient experience

Treatment Coordination

* Support new patient consult flow
* Present and review financial options with patients/parents
* Follow up with pending patients to move them toward starting treatment

Administrative / Billing Support

* Insurance verification and basic billing coordination
* Prepare charts and ensure upcoming visits are ready
* Maintain accurate and organized patient records

* Able to manage multiple tasks independently
* Previous orthodontic or dental front office experience preferred
