At this point in my career, one of the things I'm most passionate about is investing in another dentist. Not because I need someone to fill a schedule, but because I genuinely enjoy helping a capable clinician grow, clinically, professionally, and personally.
Over the past thirteen years, we've intentionally built Groth Dental around one simple belief: exceptional dentistry begins with genuine relationships. Our patients aren't appointments on a schedule. They're people we've had the privilege of caring for through life's milestones, and many have become like family.
I'm looking for a dentist who already has their clinical foundation, at least a couple of years treating patients independently, and is ready to build on it. My goal isn't to train someone from the ground up. It's to take someone who already knows how to practice dentistry and help them get sharper, more confident, and more complete: in diagnosis, in casework, in communication, and in leadership. If you're the kind of dentist who's grown a lot already but knows there's another level, that's who I want to talk to.
I'm not looking for perfection. I'm looking for curiosity, humility, kindness, and someone who believes there's always more to learn, even after they've already built real experience.
Position Details:
Full-time Associate Dentist, 4 days a week. 2+ years of clinical experience required.
Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Compensation:
$750/day minimum guarantee for the first 3 months
After the initial 3 months, compensation is based on 30% of collections
