Front Desk Receptionist

Join our dynamic pediatric dental office in Parker, Colorado, where we specialize in providing exceptional care for our little patients. We are a privately-owned practice with over 25 years of experience, run by Dr. Kaelin. We pride ourselves on promoting whole body health by addressing more than just oral care, fostering an environment where children can feel relaxed and comfortable.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Front Office professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is a quick learner. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing patient scheduling, maintaining electronic records using Dentrix, and providing outstanding customer service to our patients and their families.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a dental office and possess the ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team. We provide personal protective equipment (PPE) including face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure a safe working environment.

You will enjoy a one-hour lunch break and access to benefits including PTO, insurance, and sick leave. Compensation for this position ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, depending on experience. Join us and help make a difference in the lives of our young patients!
