About the Position

Our hygiene department is intentionally designed to support **both exceptional patient care and an efficient, well-organized schedule.

We intentionally schedule our hygiene appointments to allow time for comprehensive care. Rather than rushing patients through appointments, we prioritize thorough assessments, patient education, prevention, and building trust with every person who walks through our doors. We value efficiency, teamwork, and clinical excellence while ensuring every patient receives the personalized care they deserve.

We're seeking a Dental Hygienist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience who enjoys working as part of a positive, patient-focused team.

Laser Certification is preferred. If you are not currently certified, you must be willing to obtain certification upon joining our team. Experience with Open Dental is a plus.

Schedule
* Full-Time (4 days per week)
As our practice continues to grow, there is the opportunity to expand to a **5-day schedule** if desired.
