Treatment Coordinator

We are a growing, patient-centered periodontal and implant practice seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who thrives on helping patients move forward with care and is motivated by hitting goals. This is a key role in our practice — ideal for someone confident discussing treatment, overcoming objections, and successfully closing cases while maintaining a warm, supportive patient experience.

What You’ll Do:
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Discuss fees, financing options, and scheduling
Help patients understand the value and urgency of recommended care
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases
Track case acceptance and work toward monthly goals
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient experience

What We’re Looking For:
Prior treatment coordinating / case presentation experience (required)
Comfortable discussing larger treatment plans and closing cases
Goal-driven mindset with proven case acceptance success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Experience in periodontal, oral surgery, or specialty practice preferred
