Dental Assistant Part Time
LOCATION
Johnsburg, ILWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a reliable, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while supporting a smooth and efficient clinical environment.
Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and maintaining accurate records. You will also help with patient preparation, chairside support, and general office flow as needed. Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a focus on patient care are essential.
The ideal candidate has a high school education, prefers at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, and is comfortable working in a general dentistry setting. X-ray skills are required for this position. Cross-training is not required.
We offer a supportive work environment with PTO, insurance, and a 401K plan. This position includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and free parking lot access for your convenience. Compensation is $24-$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
