*2+ years of previous experience in a dental front office position
*Someone that is personable, reliable, outgoing, and detail-oriented

Schedule:
*Monday and Thursday 7:10am-4:15pm
*Tuesday and Wednesday 6:45am-4:15pm
*Friday 6:45am-1:15pm

Compensation: $23-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:
*Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
*Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
*Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
*Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
*Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
*Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
*Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area

Qualifications:
*2+ years of dental front office experience is required
*Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
*Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
*Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
