Are you a passionate dental hygienist looking to make a difference in children's lives? Our boutique pediatric dental office located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time dental hygienist to join our vibrant team as we expand to a new location.
At our practice, we pride ourselves on providing premium dental care to the cutest kids. With a primary focus on patients aged 5 and under, along with some big kids and teenagers, we believe that dental visits can be a fun and positive experience. Under the expert leadership of Dr. Rachel Edelman, we foster an upbeat and light-hearted atmosphere that promotes not just great dental hygiene, but also a love for visiting the dentist.
As a dental hygienist with us, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough dental cleanings and assessments.
- Educating patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborating with the dental team to create personalized treatment plans.
- Ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our young patients.
This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, sweet, and genuinely loves working with children. Communication skills are essential, as building rapport with both patients and their parents is a key part of our practice approach. We believe that every appointment should be enriching and fun, and we are looking for a team member who shares that philosophy.
You will enjoy the benefit of seeing one patient at a time, allowing you to provide dedicated attention to each child during their visit. Additionally, our office offers a one-hour lunch break to ensure you have time to recharge.
