Dental assistant

We are a growing general dental practice seeking an experienced dental professional to join our team in a part-time role with Saturday availability required. This position is ideal for a candidate looking for less than 30 hours. Someone with strong clinical skills, a patient-focused mindset, and the ability to contribute confidently in a single-doctor PPO setting. Our office is a general practice environment where quality care, efficiency, and teamwork are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a dental office and hold an active RDA license. In this role, you will support daily clinical operations, assist with a variety of general dentistry procedures, and help maintain a positive, organized, and professional environment for both patients and team members. We are looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the doctor and front office team.

Responsibilities may include chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilization and infection control, reviewing patient records, and ensuring instruments and supplies are properly organized and ready for use. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care are essential. Because this is a busy, growth-oriented practice, the right candidate should be able to work efficiently while maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor.

This part-time position offers a wage of $20-$24 per hour depending on experience. We also provide a strong benefits package that includes Dental, Health, PTO, 401K, and an employee discount. A 1-hour lunch break is provided during the workday. For safety and comfort, the office supplies Disposable gowns, gloves, and masks as part of our PPE standards.
