Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Joliet, ILWe are looking for a full-time Dental Assistant who is dependable, hardworking, and interested in finding a long-term home with our practice.
Join a well-established, modern general dentistry practice that serves a diverse and loyal patient base. Our office provides a welcoming, patient-focused environment where teamwork, respect, and quality care are top priorities. We are a busy multi-doctor practice offering preventive care, restorative dentistry, cosmetic treatments, extractions, root canals, implants, and more.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience and is comfortable with chairside assistance, dental charting, radiology, infection control, coronal polishing, crowns/preparation, restorative procedures, root canals, and patient care. A high school education level is appropriate for this role, along with strong dental terminology knowledge. Limited front-office support may be needed, but this is not the primary responsibility.
We value excellent patient communication, a strong team mindset, and a positive attitude. The schedule includes a 1-hour patient break with a 30-minute lunch. Parking is available in the Font lot.
Benefits include PTO, dental benefits for staff, and continued education support. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
