RDA and DA needed at small modern clinic in Los Gatos
LOCATION
Los Gatos, CAWe are seeking a dependable, experienced dental assistant to join our modern, general dentistry practice. This full-time position is available now, we are looking for both RDA and DA's.
We recently took over the office in December and have been working hard to modernize it while keeping the practice small, efficient, and patient-focused. Our office is a 4-chair, single-doctor setting led by Dr. Leticia Lozada Ortega, with the goal of building a strong, streamlined team of at least two dental assistants (one being a RDA).
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and is comfortable supporting a busy general dentistry workflow. Special skills that are especially valued include CEREC, iTero/Invisalign, coronal polishing, and Curve Hero. Cross-training is not required, but it is super helpful.
We offer a professional and supportive work environment with modern technology, on-site parking, and a 1-hour lunch break. For safety and comfort, PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Benefits include in house dental care for you and your immediate family, excluding lab fees, plus PTO, a 401(k), and bonus programs. Compensation is $28–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
